Evaluate model performance as a function of the number of observed stars

For a defined model with the same parameters, initialisation strategy, optimisation strategy, we would like to see how does the model performance changes with respect to the number of stars in the field.

The different datasets should correspond to the same underlying PSF field but with more or less star samples.

Realistic PSF fields considered, polychromatic and with noise observations at Euclid resolution.
