Complete the ReadMe file for the binding including information for manually adding a Thing from the Binding.

Readme now has most of the information from the community post in it to help with configuration and setup.

Updated and completed the Read Me file. Feedback from openHAB repo maintainers may require further changes but will close this issue for now.
