Minor bugfix to fix hardcode and fix trajectoryHeatmap function #9

  1. Hard code, when set TF names, using Assay name from ATAC assay
  2. Hard code, hg38 for genome.
  3. Fix the bug when there's no expression for the TrajectoryHeatmap function.
