PHOTOS UNDEFINED, CANNOT BE OPENED #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it says the file format cannot be opened, at first the photos all downloaded 
perfectly and I have checked all the folders and all are just fine until then I 
deleted all my photos on Facebook and this problem occurs. I only can view few 
images, the rest "undefined"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WINDOWS 8.1
