Particle effects in front of camera #142

Should healing and getting damaged have a particle effect right in front of the camera?

Healing probably not, but getting damaged might be useful. You need to make sure it looks good though because I imagine that it'll easily look terrible.

I think it would look fine, plenty of games do similar things. As long as it isn't intrusive.
