Tagged a bunch of people as I'm not really sure who will take this, it's kind of a stretch goal at least for tomorrow.
Not 100% sure on the scope of this, but the idea is that it would be nice to also have animated billboards for things such as attack swipes/AOE attack pulses (linked to #159), or alternatively an explosion when a creeper blows up. Might require a new system, or adding something to another system.
