On-the-fly filter, sort and XX per page shall be great (for page module also). In the box or as a boxed plugin (possibly a universal function). Create user shall also be a nice feature. Plus capability to add / edit user accounts in the admin panel. Boxed plugin or built-in admin panel feature. All in all I'd vote for a box plugin implementation.
