ForumPage - Connect hashtags from API to hashtags on ForumPage #668

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hashtags were originally hardcoded- created connection between API and ForumPage.js

Describe the solution you'd like I want to be able to see the hashtags from the API rather than hardcoded into the ForumPage.js
