Build Github Pages of app #20

Previously, since I planned on using lowdb for persistence, didn't think an web-app would be possible, so just used Github Pages for the docs. Since I switched over to Indexeddb/Localbase, just go back on this decision.

Also, created a repo for the documentation too. Maybe even another for a cool website introducing the product too?
