fix .github/workflows/deply.yml on main branch? Not sure if that's what's wrong

I literally just copied deploy.yml from the VuePress v2 Docs Deploy Guide, even though there's nothing VuePress here, so something's probably wrong there.

Also forgot to change the name of the job from docs to something else.
