Extend data retrieved from CORE #11

At the moment we receive only a True/False on an article's presence in CORE, but we should also review the other compliance-related information available there, and add that to the report:

licence (in some cases)
embargo (future support)
archived repository
free-to-read (in some cases)
fulltext (plain text extracted may be available)
additional bibliographic information to support other compliance lookups

For Monitor, we particularly would like to extend the information about the deposited repositories. What options, if any, do we have in CORE for doing that?
