There may be other spreadsheet header formats in the wild that we want to be able to support for users' convenience. In particular, Jisc have an APC spreadsheet which contains columns for DOIs, PMID, and PMCIDs, but with different headers to the ones that Lantern uses by default.
So, a couple of options could be:
Explicitly support the Jisc APC sheet headers, bearing in mind that we have no control over whether and when these change
Give the user an (optional) intermediate step to specify which columns are the source of which data
