Make it possible for result sets from a specific user account to be publicly visible #138

This is so that I can run jobs on behalf of potential users and share the results with them. Can we set up an account, (e.g. lantern@cottagelabs.com) whose results are always publicly available. Results for other accounts should not be publicly available.
