We need to be able to use different parts of the field documentation in different places. For example:

on the documentation page for Lantern
on the documentation page for an Organisation instance
individual fields in-context in the user interface
on any field on/off configuration pages (may only be available to admins or Organisation admins)

See the fields.json file, and make it an object with dot.notation keys
