OA Button single result page integration #147

On single-identifier result page, add the following OA Button integration: If the item is not available in a repository, allow the user to trigger a request via a button press.

Moving this out of beta launch as oabutton is uncertain right now, and can always be added in at any later stage, and can generate a blog post of further interest if deemed useful.
