Develop invoice confirmation process

When new invoicing details are gathered, we need to confirm that they are valid, as follows:

• Follow up with the invoice contact, to confirm that they will pay the invoice
• Confirm to the user that their invoice details have been validated
• Unlock the users report pages via their account
