Mechanism for joining multiple user accounts into a single organisation account

We'll need to support this behaviour when users start upgrading to Premium:

• Any accounts from the same organisation will be part of a single Premium Account
• Any new accounts from the same organisation should be automatically added
• Ability for us to manually associate accounts with a Premium Account

Since some accounts will not be with organisational email addresses, we may not be able to do this perfectly, but it will allow us to at least provide a coherent organisational Premium Account if we have or are given sufficient information.

As part of the sign-up process we're putting together for Monitor, new clients will give us:

• The primary account
• The name of the organisation
• A list of email addresses to add to the organisation
• A set of domain(s) which will be considered part of the organisation

We should be able to add accounts to an organisation, and detect when a new account from a known organisation signs up.
