fix contact us form and a few minor enhancements #158

  1. fix contact us form, user mandrill to send the emails (I've made a separate API key for the CL website and put it in its app.cfg)
  2. require lxml - can't start the site without it and it is actually used in the feeds view
  3. ignore pycharm IDE files

this PR is just FYI of what changes I'm making, if any are not good mention here and I'll revert and discuss
