Added new job listing

• I've added a second job listing just below the current one, titled software engineer - ruby
• I changed the title of the first one to software engineer - python
• I did not add node.js to requirements
• They are pretty similar and repetitive
• I did not do any additional design changes to the page

PS: I created a branch off the master branch. Master seemed to be ahead of develop by 2 commits.
