Standard and Deluxe compliance columns are now being produced, and additional data sent in with the spreadsheet is reflected back when the sheet is exported.
Needs user testing, and is related to extra work going on at #38 and #39
Oh, also, this is all on a feature branch - will hold off on a PR until those other issues are also tackled.
See Cecy's email for a few more comments on the full output sheet.
Closing this off and opening new issues for specific tasks that remain
Following on from #6 we need to ensure that the spreadsheet is the same as the incoming wellcome spreadsheet and also contains the additionally calculated columns in the correct order/format. The additional fields we need to present are:
Standard Compliance IF full-text is in Europe PMC AND it is an author manuscript THEN compliance = YES IF full-text is in Europe PMC AND the licence (in any location) is CC BY THEN compliance = YES
Deluxe Compliance IF full-text is in Europe PMC AND it is an author manuscript THEN compliance = YES IF full-text is in Europe PMC AND the licence as present in Europe PMC is CC BY AND the article is in the open access subset THEN compliance = YES
Other elements can be added without changing the compliance of this logic, but if any elements are missing from any of the options then compliance will = NO.
