This mostly works - ImageMagick complains about some PDF files but this may be an artefact of running outside of the controlled docker environment. To run, open two terminal windows, in the first start up the usual servers (bin/rails hydra:server). Once the servers are running, in the second window run rake willow:seed_test_data.
