Dust textures have inconsistent height #35

Note how many of the dust textures are a pixel higher than some of the others. As for how this should be corrected, these high ones should be moved down to be consistent with vanilla's dust textures.

Closing this ticket since Cotton Resources is pretty much a discontinued project from the time being, and my easy fix for this has been pending for over a year at this point - feel free to reopen this if work continues
