Reference writing issue #4136

Subject: issues with leaving a reply Description: tapped next twice instead of once, because of delayed page rendering. using an old android device running LineageOS.

Results: l skipped the reference form completely.

l should have been filling out the form. also thr default comment is 😡 angry, that negatively affects the account that is being commented on potentially.

Is this for leaving a user a reference or making a donation? I don't understand what the issue is here...
