Results: I clicked save on the profile icon and navigated away. the site should have told me my text wasn't saved!

@darrenvong @bakeiro I thought we had a beforeunload dialog to prevent this from happening? It sounds like this user clicked the checkmark after uploading their profile photo and then navigated away (instead of clicking the checkmark and then clicking save and navigating away).

If the beforeunload warning dialog is missing, we should implement it. If we do have one, perhaps we should address the issue by removing the checkmark to confirm the profile photo upload and save the photo only when the user clicks the save button for the whole page (similar behavior to airßnß).
