This PR adds the events page and some starter code for it, with most of the API work being ported over from Contacts

Missing things:

Event Details Modal
Fleshed out cards (for now there's just titles)
Upcoming/previous (though this might be implemented as a stretch goal)

Mobile & Desktop Screenshots/Recordings 📷
