Communicate with Quinton to design and 3D print out a usable "Magnetorquer Sandwich." Make sure Quinton is satisfied with the end product.

Quinton received his "magnetorquer sandwich." Aiden finished it in a timely manner and Quinton seemed to be happy with the final product. If Quinton needs another one there won't be another issue opened for this project.
