Create A Basic Design For Cougsat2 #573

Using Cougsat1 and the official CubeSat documentation to create a base design for Cougsat2 that will be refined in the future. Talk with payload to get an understanding of how much space should be devoted to their project. The final result should be a SolidWorks assembly of the frame.

This project was completed before the pandemic. The 3D-printed model is in the club room. The design was based on a comerical 3-U CubeSat frame.
