Add decision date and event details (body name) to the voting records table on person view

There is a link to the event the vote took place in currently but to make this a bit better it would be great to get the body name and use it as the link text instead.

Additionally, adding the decision datetime (the event datetime) for each item in the table would be an excellent and by default sorting the entire table by that value would mean you always see that persons most recent decisions first.
