Template of college needs to get improved #552

Describe the bug College page template ui is very disturbed, header is missing, footer is missing. I want to correct templates.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I have prior experience of Reactjs and projects, creating templates, setting css, etc. You can assign this issue to me.
