Creating Page for Career Support will make Counsellor-Web more functional.

In career counsellor page we can add

information about some services, a counselor can provide. -how to choose best course, some FAQ.

If you have any idea, you can also share it I will try to create that in page.

I have worked on previous issue of this project and understand the goal, UI, working of this project.

@thestarsahil assign this issue to me under gssoc'24.
