Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The website appears quite static, and it could be improved by adding scroll-triggered fade-in animations to enhance the user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to use "framer-motion" library to add smooth and subtle scroll animations to the whole website.

Additional context Kindly assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24.
