• Updated navbar.jsx in navbar folder under components
• Added the navbar to existing pages
• all navbars now updated Please include a summary of the change and which issue is fixed. List any dependencies that are required for this change.

Fixes #677

Replace issue_no with the issue number which is fixed in this PR

The effect you made on navbar , it slightly up when user scoll down

I didn't do it. Someone else might have altered the height and sticky effect of the navbar. All the effects are gone now, like the shadow, the font weight, the sticky and everything.
