removed errors, warnings, and refactored code

Description

• Added autocomplete fields in password input fields to eliminate warnings

  React [DOM] Input elements should have autocomplete attributes (suggested: "current-password")
  (More info: https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/create-amazing-password-forms)

• Initialized controlled fields with empty strings instead of null to fix the following warning:

  `Warning: value prop on input should not be null. Consider using an empty string to clear the component or undefined for uncontrolled components.`

• Fixed typos

• Used ternary operators in place of if-else statements
