Hi Chris Any chance of a council URL which does not require your internal id? I'm writing a general data handler thingy and it would be simpler to link to

http://openlylocal.com/councils/Torridge-District-Council than http://openlylocal.com/councils/413-Torridge-District-Council

or by ONS code?

You can already link by ONS Snac code for both councils and wards (prob should document that somewhere!): http://openlylocal.com/councils/snac_id/18UK
