counterblockd -V shows unexpected version #87

counterblockd v1.5.0

This is with the current 9.49.3. I didn't update counterpartyd_build, I just ran setup_federated_node.py + U from 9.49.2. After that I removed setup*.py files and ran another update, but I'm still getting this version. According to https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterblockd/releases there's only v1.0.0.
