Does this use Bitcoind?

@adamkrellenstein Have we come to a decision about what to do here? I know we were discussing just removing the CLI wallet altogether and replacing it later with a rust version?

@ouziel-slama was going to evaluate the difficulty of fixing the current version.

Preliminary conclusion is that we should start from scratch. That makes the priority of this project lower.
