Betting description #554

On the betting page there should be some description of the functionality and why it is unlike regular betting. It strikes me as pretty 'empty'.

e.g. "When you place a bet on the Counterparty protocol, all funds are locked and escrowed within the Bitcoin blockchain until they are resolved by a broadcast. "

That would be good and we could pick one of existing KB articles or create a new page on support site and add a link to it for those who want to learn more.

I am in favor of a proposal is for all pages/sections.

Right now if I start from My Balances and click on (say) Betting, nothing happens in the right hand side of the screen. Betting Menu Group expands on the left, but there's nothing else.

I propose that for each menu group this action opens a page with basic description/resources. I'd leave "My Balances" as-is, but I'd add this "section home page" for:
