Create multi-sigs out of existing addresses

Right now you have to use notepad to temporarily place one or two of the addresses on the side.

Especially on other devices, this can be a hindrance. Maybe instead of a dropdown for each one, we can have a checkbox list of existing addresses where {n} can be selected and then the rest greys out. A "custom" button could handle cases outside of CW.

N and M (that should have been "M of N" and "Resizes based on N", on the image) could be selected from a drop down list and the fields for addresses could dynamically adjust depending on M selected.
