Run testsuite using mocha-phantomjs on TravisCI and CircleCI #759

depends on https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterwallet/pull/758 because it needs the tweaking of cwURLs when run from commandline.

I also added a few notes about development, figured my 'findings' coming in new into this project could be helpful for others.

@robby-dermody could you already enable the repos on travisCI and circleCI? then I can push and it will run it for this PR (afaik)

Ok, travis and circleci should be enabled for the counterwallet repo
