Cannot derive a txHash for IDX (category: order_expirations) #808

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but since debug is so hard to get from users, I'll record this just in case:

It seems this is an attempt to cancel this order: http://blockscan.com/txInfo/12163213

I checked Pending transactions and there's nothing from 1GsJaWxN9LojzDGFXFticEkfxFuUxds7s3 right now, so I don't know what to make of it.
