Can't import funds from other address #823

"Import Funds" > "From Another Address" does not work when using a different address for fees than for sweeping and clicking on "Sweep" does not give an error. The private keys I entered were detected correctly but still there is no sweeping or error visible. Tested using Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

It's a common problem, see CP forums.

It may be related to back end (bitcoind or something else). Sometimes it helps to try again but other times you simply have to try another deterministic wallet (there's a list on the forums) to import, and then continue using Counterwallet.

I tried again and then tried using different wallets - none worked. What's the road map for fixing this issue?

Hmm. Can you describe the situation, such as:

Number of tokens at Source address
Does the action fail after you select coins to import (if yes, how many you selected; if nothing from destination address gets displayed, then it fails before).

It's been a while since I tried this, but could you send funds to Destination (wallet) address and pay from it, rather than from Source address? I can try this action on Testnet after you describe the details.

There will be an effort to fix a bunch of CounterWallet issues, but the schedule is TBD if I am not mistaken.
