Incorrect wallet address in the description of repo #867

Clicking the link in the description warns about certificate mismatch.

It's obviously a typo. Address should be https://counterwallet.io/

I opened a PR that removes Counterwallet.co from the code, but someone with commit access to the repo needs to update the description to remove the invalid domain reference.
