Counterwallet Max Expiration #873

At the moment, Counterwallet Max Expiration = 1000 blocks. Counterparty Max Expiration = 8064 blocks.

It may give people a better user experience if Counterwallet's max expiration is increased to 8064 blocks, the maximum allowed by the protocol. I think maxing this quantity out will save people on re-listing fees and help liquidity by defaulting to the maximum allowable time available for matching orders. Plus, people are very familiar with canceling their dex orders anyways, when they want to.

@droplister Why is this issue opened? I suppose it is fixable as the PR was merged.
