Example Scene Improved #162

NewEntryPoint scene is created and example app can work without moving between scenes. A close button UI added to return to main menu within any menu. Also small typo in a method fixed.

Requested changes completed. Gitignore file is updated, CodeCoverage and UserSettings are removed, Scene count is reduced to 1, unused scenes are removed from example, Commented out calls and the text that's left in the button is cleaned up.
