unresponsive and sending multiple notifications #4

Basically I just found that the bot has stopped responding to commands, but its clear that it still works when I input something it doesn't recognize. I also have been dealing with the issue that the notifications i receive will duplicate up to 9 times, which is very annoying :/

This bot is severely out of date I'm afraid. Normally the removestreamer command will fix the duplicate notifications but Discord has been phasing out the version of API this bot uses and I believe most commands are non-functional.

It has been years since I have worked on this and I am not sure I will update it with a replacement, but if I am able to work out some of these problems will update this issue request further. Sorry for the inconvenience!
