Auto-save submissions #4747

Another suggestion from the CS1010S students 😅

I would like to suggest an auto-save function be implemented for any all coursemology facilities, be it trainings, missions, forums, surveys. I experienced a frustrating episode while writing my entire diagnostic survey since there was significant latency while writing it the first. I had attempted to refresh the page and came back to a blank survey page. I had to re-write all my responses and answers again. I realised that IDLE has a save pop-up that asks you to save the file before running the code and was wondering if that can be implemented here in coursemology.

Partially solved by #6907 for autosave on assessments.
There is no autosave for Surveys or forums implemented by that PR.
