Update Makefile to support separate running of test types. #16

Shell script to invoke test framework has been modified to call the 3 targets public, private and evaluation. See https://github.com/Coursemology/evaluator-images/pull/18

Do not merge until the main app can parse multiple report files. References https://github.com/Coursemology/coursemology2/issues/2586

Would be better to add a different package to show what the autogenerated one looks like.
