Locate your unloaders / mother bin closer to the row ends (instead of far away and parallel to the rows), and the pathfinder will always find good paths very quick. Vehicles which need refilling (seeder, sprayer etc) wouldn't benefit of it anyway as they always have an empty field with no fruit (and if you do planting green you can still just turn off fruit avoidance). So far CP is still lacking the functionality to refill itself.
but even still on more odd shaped fields it still has trouble especially when using "racetrack & spiral" i just think it would be a verry usefull feature to see
We need this as a pattern if it comes from RL. And also explanation how one combine should drive on fields. And remember all the different kinds of field shapes....
i will find some videos for this

Spesifically figure C & D
there are a few example and patterns i will get back to this in a week as im going on a trip
have it start its first waypoint at the corner of the field (or where a corner would be) have it cut through the field diagonally and have the 2nd waypoint be the start of the up and down pattern or the start of the headland
if you need more field shapes i can get back to it in a week i have to go somewhere
Specifically figure C & D
Where exactly are these figures coming from? Do you have a source?
not exactly that there was my own personal interpretation

So what do the percentage numbers mean?

Can you show examples of those Videos? A cut trough is the same that is done on lands pattern.
Yeah, I can do that.

You probably should answer my questions on the GitHub webpage and not in an email so you see what I'm exactly asking, otherwise this is going to be a very difficult conversation.
Ok, I will do that.

What is the problem this feature/enhancement solves?
I'm always Frustrated when the Combine loader destroys crops due to incorrect pathfinding
Describe the solution you'd like
the solution I would like implemented is "laneway's" or cut in's or sectioning there are many reasons this should be added, namely
1 Easier Pathfinding for any and all Courseplay and Autodrive vehicles 2 This feature would allow more features to be added. for example having a temporary refill station like a seed tender or a chemical trailer 3 this would also allow for larger operations to have a mother bin setup 4 Courseplay's Combine unloader is less likely to have a bad path to the combine 5* This also allow Courseplay tp have the unload of field feature not nearly as far away from the combine at all times
Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
have the combine unloader make tramlines through the field and pathfind through them rather then make new ones every time (although this is less ideal as per the reasons mentioned above)
