You're using a beta patch by Giants. While I can't guarantee that this is the cause of the problem, it certainly doesn't help. As a rule, we don't support beta patches. So please revert to v2.0.0.9 (the v2.0 final patch) and try again.
The reason the traffic collision prevention doesn't work is the missing traffic collision trigger callback function:

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it already installed with this version. I have the steam version and I await an update of the CP to support this new patch.

Sorry, there was an error. The steam automativamente install Version 2.1.0.0 Even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. And this version of the CP still does not support the collision system, from what I understand.

Hi CP is an excellent project. I have been following the work and development of scripts for a long time. But for some reason, the collision with the trucks is not working anymore in newer versions. In this video I use the CP v3.41.0356 and see how the collision between trucks works. Even with Cornhusker_V2
