I'm afraid that is not that easy to do and would require a whole rewrite of the handling script for that.
One thing that I might be able to do, is add the pipe collision box to the traffic ignore list so the truck should not stop and be in traffic, but the real collision will still occur if it's too close and ram in it, but I'm sure the pipe should be high enough to make a truck go under it if positioned correctly.
The truck can easily pass under the pipe, so if you can make the pipe a "no obstruction" it would for sure solve the problem.
I'll look into it. Well at least I will sleep on it ;)
@Karlshoj try out 538
Claus, That Works fine - no traffic allert - super. Thanks. Next problem is that the overloader is not patient enough to wait for the second truck to get into position. It departs in this run carrying 5000 l just before the truck is in position
Yeah I know about it, It's the same if the overloader is around less than 50% full, it will not stop and unload either. There is some small tweaks that needs to be done, but I can't say when I get to go around it, all depends on other stuff I'm working on as well :)
Claus, I have replaced my trucks wit another model, and now it works fine
Alright, well I will still revisit this at some time, so fix those small anoyances. :smile:
@Karlshoj Try if the 3 sec increased waiting time is working for you.
I will check when I get a chance. New game now. There is a jump in the dev. numbering. Your latest is 549
Yeah I know, I'll get around to fix that in the next release
The 3 sec. did it - at least for the Lizard Truck
Claus I am using your overloader - nice tool -. My problem occurs when overloading to a trailer that gets full before the overloader is empty. Another trailer is waiting behind the full one and is supposed to move forward to the overloading point to take the rest load from the overloader. Due to the pipe still extracted the truck with the trailer now gets an traffic allert and stops before getting to the overloading point. Would it be possible to make the pipe swing in when the first truck has left and out again when the second truck is in position to take the load?
